This was Jetta’s spending money for her shopping spree. Each table collected the money from all of their chairs and then one person walked over and presented the money to Jetta. Each time someone handed Jetta money, she would give out a big giggle. It was joyous! Not only was this a terrific way to present the spending money to Jetta, it was wonderful for the volunteers and donors to see and hear Jetta’s excitement and delight. They all loved being part of her wish.

On the BIG day of the shopping spree, Jetta was up early and ready to start shopping, shopping, shopping. She had a long list of must-have items with Bratz Catz being at the very top of the list. She found them...and a lot more. Throughout the day, Jetta and her family went to the Disney Store, Target and Toys R Us. The family stopped at Reagan Buick, who helped to sponsor her wish. Their employees and customers had raised funds for Jetta’s wish, and they provided lunch for all, as well as more gifts. When several male employees were asked to shop for a few Disney princesses, they couldn’t decide which one, so they just bought them all! Jetta’s final stop was at McDonald’s, where Jetta enjoyed her favorite meal -- chicken nuggets and fries.

As the day ended, Jetta was still smiling. She was excited to get back to the hotel and play with her new toys. She was also anxious to get back home to play some more and recall the special memories of her wish...one she will always remember.
