Bailey, age 7, had no doubt about her wish. She wanted to go on a Disney Cruise. What Bailey did not know was that she was going to do it in full style … as a matter of fact, in “Style Show” style.

Bailey’s sendoff party was held at the Rococo Theatre during a Fashion Show, organized by the Lincoln East High School Student Council to raise funds for Bailey’s wish.

Bailey and other wish children donned the latest in kids’ fashions and thoroughly entertained the audience of over 300 people. They were the kings and queens of the fashion runway.

A few weeks later, Bailey felt like a queen again when she and her family were boarding the Disney Magic Cruise liner in Port Canaveral, Florida.

Bailey enjoyed all of the on-board activities. Her favorite was meeting all of the Disney characters. Upon her return to Omaha she claimed that if she could have the chance to wish again, she would wish for the exact same wish, because “it was so awesome!”

Bailey, from Lincoln, has had a brain tumor removed twice and is currently in remission.
